 Immigration Programs

* We expect that at this point you know enough about Canada to decide if you have serious interest to explore practical steps. Basic information for prospective clients is in our "About Canada" section. (We are offering you the chance to start building a new life in a leading prosperous country, not just a new place of residence. Here you can find: economic prosperity, safety, education opportunities, ... and don't forget - to achieve all that - a lot of hard work is usually required :-)
* Choose Your Way™ - our clients have enjoyed our professional guidance system for the most efficient and proper selection of programs for you, based on main differentiating factors. Please remember: Canada's selection system accepts only candidates who satisfy a specific selection system and our mission is to provide professional services helping people to qualify and immigrate in accordance with those requirements.

Independent class (economic migrants) has three main sub-groups:

a) Skilled workers - for those who have good education, work experience, financial resources (*provincial nominees - part of this group)
b) Business immigrants - for those who have experience of running their own business successfully and have strong financial position (self-employed, enterpreneurs, investors)
c) Assisted relatives - if you have relatives in Canada, and qualify in a) or b) above.

Family class - use our special program Family - reunite ! - most of our clients' families can reunite in Canada within 6 months.  **You must have a Canadian sponsor (a citizen or a landed immigrant) who is your close relative and can sponsor you, by fulfilling certain financial criteria. Sponsorship can be signed only for the following relatives: a spouse (husband or wife), children under 19 years, or if over 19 - those who are full - time students (or disabled) and still dependent on sponsor's support, never married; a fiance (bride or bridegroom); parents, grandparents.. or one other relative if the sponsor has nobody in Canada. ***The term "sponsorship" is used often in different situations and meanings, however for a practical purpose you should accept that the true legal meaning of it is applicable only for family class relatives. If you are sponsored, you don't have to prove any special education, skills, knowledge of English and French or financial resources to receive the landed immigrant status. You still have to prove that genuine relationship with your sponsor exists and (with rare exceptions) must prove that you both (together with the sponsor) will be able to live in Canada without any government (social) assistance.

Refugee class - we provide legal professional support for Canadian programs that give shelter for convention refugee applicants, those who cannot return to their home country because of fear of persecution. Over 20,000 people each year are landed on this program in Canada. >>read more...

* Temporary visits, working and studying in Canada - this category is not part of the official immigration process. These programs can be used to exlore Canada, study or work here, make the first step towards deciding to immigrate. **it's important to know - only those who can prove that their plan is to return back to one's home country can be issued a temporary visitor visa. It's much easier to receive this visa at the port of entry (airport) for citizens of those countries that are not required to apply at the Embassy or consulate. The selection procedure at the consulate is more difficult.

* Other programs - very unlikely they will help you, since less then 1% of applicants, usualy as an exception to the rule, can use them. The secret magic solutions to get to Canada and resolve the life's problems is mostly a fairy tale or attempt by some unethical and not-professional people to take your money and not deliver as promised. Yet - so many less fortunate applicants still believe in "magic solutions", just like people beleive in winning lottery or in casino. Heh, part of the human nature. We decided to provide more details on those programs that apply for very small number of candidates, so you can fully review all the options and let us provide proper advice which way is the best for your situation. **Best known among them is the "humanitarian and compassionate grounds" application. While in theory those grounds can be used to issue a landed immigrant visa at a Canadian visa office abroad, they almost never do so. More practically it is used by those who are in Canada long term (usually more then 3 years, legally or not), have fully established themselves economically and socially (usually after several years of working as refugee claimants), speak at least good English or French, have numerous supporting letters of reference from employers, friends, community, churches; would have serious difficulties if forced to apply as indepentents outside of Canada. We have successful cases in this program, however we use it only as last resort for those who are in Canada long term.
